Riboli services thousands of customers as part of their distribution network ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small upscale retail establishments.

The Challenge

A major challenge for Riboli Family Wines was their reliance on manual processes for payments on invoices.

It was troublesome for customers to make payments, especially on multiple invoices because they required individual payments. This made tracking payments laborious with potential for error. The payment process needed modernization to create an efficient customer experience that encouraged timely payments.

Our Strategy

To create an efficient payment process and facilitating easy management of invoices, Trifecta implemented our PayNow Accelerator for Riboli Family Wines.

Integrating PayNow into Riboli’s financial setup would revolutionize the way they are able to process payments. One major factor in creating a streamlined, cohesive, and competitive user experience is to create a user-friendly Experience Cloud site. Additionally, it would be essential to refine the B2B Commerce site, ensuring the quality exceeds expectations for Riboli Family Wines’ esteemed clientele.

Riboli Family Wines’ customers are empowered to manage invoices to their preferences with PayNow. Their customers will enter the site and navigate to create a payment link where they will select the payment amount for the invoice or invoices that they would like to pay and their preferred payment method. The customer will receive an email with a unique payment link so they can complete the payment.

Key Success factors include prompt payment processing, user satisfaction, flexibility in payment scenarios, B2B Commerce site enhancement, and widespread adoption of the Pay Now feature. This transformative project signifies Riboli Family Wines’ commitment to modernizing its financial ecosystem, ensuring operational excellence and delivering an enriched experience to its well-regarded distribution network.
